One Hour In Person Assessment

In person consultations are back! These can be done at a mutually agreeable place and time - many of our local tracks and rec centers work great.  Need to bring a little one? No problem! We’ll work this out in a way that works for you and your family. We’ll asses running form, cycling fit and form, (if applicable) core strength and connection, and come up with a plan to move forward with your training schedule using scaling and modifications.

 

Monthly Virtual Coaching

Virtual coaching is the best option for time crunched mothers and women looking for guidance in their multisport training through pregnancy, as well as trying to concieve. We’ll talk through workout types, durations and intensities, symptom and timeline based modifications, overall fitness goals, and periodized, progressive training. You’ll recieve individualized training plans each week that can be continually adjusted to meet the changing needs or your body and your life. Whether you have races on the books or are trying to maintain fitness through this season of life, plans will be catered to meet you where you are, and progressive to where you want to go! We’ll check in via email, TrainingPeaks messaging, and Zoom depending on what works best for the athlete.

 

Ask Me Anything - 1 hr call

Open to endurance athletes AND coaches who have questions about navigating training during pregnancy and postpartum, or if you’re considering motherhood/trying to conceieve and want to learn more. If you’re an athlete currently using a coach for triathlon, cycling or running, I will help support you within your current plans to ensure there are scaling and safety measures in place depending on your history and progress. We will work through modifications and adjustments to keep you on the path to racing and training successfully without symptoms or injuries!

You’ll get an email recap after each call to talk through your plans and progression for you, or your athlete.

Training Plans

Back to the Bike after Baby - $75
A 6-week, self-directed training plan to get you back on the bike, and ready to take on more intense training again for everything from your regular cycling class, to your multi-day bikepacking trip, to the start of your next triathlon.

Included:

  • 6-week, detailed training plan with daily workouts and prescribed rest and recovery days

    • Specific bike workouts with room to make modifications

    • Specific strength training workouts, aimed at the early postpartum athlete but easy to modify for increased intensity if you’re farther along in your journey

    • Details on adapting the plan to your current preferred method of cycling training, whether that’s heart rate, power, or rate of percieved exertion

    • Final test week at the end, setting a baseline to move forward after the 6 weeks is complete!

    • Option to level this up with one, 1 hour virtual coaching session along the way for only $60

    • Option to have me coach you through the plan, for 6 weeks, for an additional $100

FREE: “Endurance Sports: Through Pregnancy and Early Motherhood”
This book is an overview of considerations for mindset, training, and participating in endurance sports during the first, second, third and fourth trimesters, continuing into early motherhood. Focus is given to those who participate in running, cycling and triathlon events of all distances and ability levels. If you’re pregnant or early postpartum and don’t know where to start, this is for you!
